Entrée: Ham Arepas – Fresh Corn Arepas with local ham and Queso fresco, black beans & Plantain chips
Dessert: Quesillo – Traditional Caramel Custard

Salad: Salade – Greek cucumber salad with olive oil, feta, kalamata olives, and tomatoes
Entrée: Greek Falafel w/ Hummus, Baba Ganoush, chicken kebabs, Tabouli & Pita bread

Salad: Carrots, tomatoes, and cucumbers with Indian mustard vinaigrette
