Subarna says, “I want to feature the true flavor of my home grown cuisine, which is based on rice and lentils and mild curries. Seasonal vegetables and meats are a highlight of this cuisine, as well.”
This lunch features food from Seoul. It’s spicy and similar to Japanese food. The Bulgogi entrée is a bbq traditionally made for family gatherings and is eaten as its made.
This lunch features some of the dishes traditionally served at Luaus. Their cuisine is based on sustainability and what is grown on the island including a vegetable called Taro, which will be made into chips for this lunch and served with pineapple salsa.
Lunch by Chef Subarna and a Spring Fashion Show featuring clothes from the Fresh Boutique and modeled by our very own ACAC Staff. Complimentary glass of wine included.
