Anna Robison is a graduate of the PA Culinary Arts and has an extensive background in food. She is joining us this summer to teach a new series of daytime cooking classes at the AECenter. She is known for her use of fresh ingredients and her bright and flavorful recipes. She always hits it out of the park with her simple but tantalizing approach to food. Cooking with Fresh Herbs, Monday, August 6, 11-1p.m.
Discover how fresh herbs can enhance any dishes flavor and make it the star of the meal. We will make fresh herb butters to pair with your favorite breads, Mediterranean herb tomato salad and orzo summer salad. Complimentary wine with lunch.
