This form of Yoga is a wonderful way to connect your body to your breath, gentle movements that will work your entire body. Movements will range from standing to floor work, modifications will be given to whatever your need may be. Chairs are also available to use to sit in or for balance.
$45 ($55 non-members) OR $15 per session
