Vinyasa means “Breath synchronized movement.” In this class, we will use flowing sequences and sun salutations to warm the body, giving ourselves the ability to reach new levels of flexibility, strength, balance and peace in our poses and practice. This form of yoga offers a range of health benefits as it encompasses all areas of mind, body and spirit. This class is suitable for both beginners and intermediate yogis. Mats are available, however, you are encouraged to bring your own personal mat.
