Come join us for a relaxing practice starting with simple yoga postures followed by guided meditation. Yoga Nidra is a highly relaxed and deep state of meditation that progresses through the many stages of the mind.
In this deep guided meditation, your conscious mind will gently guide you through thought patterns, emotions, images, and sensations that can sometimes bring you to a higher form of understanding oneself. Yoga Nidra is also said to be five times more restorative than regular sleep.
You will leave this workshop not only feeling more refreshed than you ever have but hopefully with a higher sense of daily awareness that you can take with you wherever you go. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that you will experience while lying on the floor.
This workshop is available to all. You can be experienced in yoga or meditation or brand new to it and is appropriate for anyone looking to find a bit of peace.
