Endless cultures have influenced Spanish food and resulted in a delicious melting pot of diverse flavors and cuisine. Paella is a coastal classic Spanish entrée from Valencia and is slow cooked rice topped with vegetables, meats and/or seafood to impart flavor and depth. Chef Subarna will prepare a 5 course tasting feast while Nikki Biggus will pair 5 flights of Spanish wine to enjoy with the food.
