If you know your way around a kitchen and want to explore techniques in creating sauces, dressings, dips, spreads, and soups, this camp is for you. By the end of the week, you will be able to “wow” families and friends with delicious recipes using techniques like poaching, steaming, broiling, and sautéing. Explore your love of cooking and food while working hands-on with a Culinary Institute of America graduate chef and restaurant owner. Allison Giles, $155, ($165 nonmember)
