Barre Class

Tuesdays, April 7 – May 26
5:45-6:30 p.m.

Barre is a low impact strength and conditioning class that incorporates basic ballet principles to accomplish three goals: lift, tighten and tone the body. We will accomplish these goals through exercises that are achievable for everyone and every body type, so you will feel confident and strong while moving toward your fitness goals. This class will include the use of body weight work, light weights, and resistance bands.
