Chef Allison Giles will be recreating some of her most popular dishes from the beloved Blue Parrot Bistro for an unforgettable night out with your favorite valentine.  Choose your appetizer and entrée.  We will serve artisan bread with grated parm and olives, a tossed greens salad, mixed berries with zabaglione sauce and French cookies, and of course, wine to pair with the feast.
