Chef Allison Giles will be recreating some of her most popular dishes from the beloved Blue Parrot Bistro for an unforgettable night out with your favorite valentine.  Choose your appetizer and entrée.  We will serve artisan bread with grated parm and olives, a tossed greens salad, mixed berries with zabaglione sauce and French cookies, and of course, wine to pair with the feast.

Guests choose one entrée:

-Baked fillet of salmon with honey & sesame seeds served on a bed of garlic whipped potatoes and a creamy ginger lime sauce

-Beef Bourguignon with portabella mushrooms served with a dollop of whipped potatoes

-Parpadelli’s linguini with bay scallops, prosciutto, and mushrooms in a gorgonzola cream sauce

Guests choose one  appetizer:

-Baked Artichoke Hearts

-Puree of Butternut squash soup

-Smoked Trout Pate
