Vinyasa Yoga, Wednesdays, September 2-30, 4:00-5:00 p.m.
Vinyasa means “breathe synchronized movement.” In this class, we will use flowing sequences and sun salutations to warm the body to reach new levels of flexibility, strength, balance and peace. Class is for both beginners and intermediate yogis.
