Adult Barre and Floor Work, Thursdays, October 10-November 21, 5-6 pm
This class combines Barre and Floor Work and includes a series of floor exercises designed to promote core fitness, flexibility, good posture, body alignment, muscle toning, and body awareness. Make sure to bring water, and you may be barefoot or wear sports socks or dance shoes ( for example: ballet shoes, jazz shoes), Brianna Doss, $70 ($77 nonmember)
