Barre & Stretch Class, Tuesdays, October 3-November 7, 10-11 a.m.                                                                       

Want to build a lean and toned body without bulk?  Would you like to increase mobility and flexibility while building core strength? Tone and lengthen muscles during our barre portion that will work on building upper body strength, target thighs, seat, back, and abdominals.  Pulling from classical ballet principles each muscle group will be worked through high repetition using a small range of motion, then alternately stretched to lengthen the muscles.  While muscles are still warm, we will focus on a gentle and restorative deep stretching that will aid in increasing your range of motion and mobility.  All levels welcome. Holly Fox, $72/$80 nonmembers
