Body Conditioning & Stretch Class, Thursdays, May 2-June 6, 5:30-6:30 p.m.

This is an awesome opportunity to develop the correct techniques in barre and floor, while getting a terrific workout while having fun. Skills used include, barre techniques, barre movements, middle floor technique, stretching at the barre and middle floor, across the floor movements, and at the end of the class, a bit of choreography. Brianna Doss, $64 ($70 nonmember)
