Discover the joy of pizza making in our kitchen with hands-on instruction in a small, nurturing environment.  Marc will start with class focus on the basic dough recipe from scratch, and break down all of the key components that go into an amazing and flavorful pizza: the dough, the sauce, the cheese, and the toppings.  You’ll get to sample what you’ve made with a glass of wine.  Recipe included.
