Introduction to Drawing, Thursdays, September 28-November 2, 6-8 p.m.

This studio class is an introduction to the fundamental methods, materials, and theories involved in drawing. Class focus will be on observational drawing through the study of line, volume, space, light and composition. Work will be done primarily in pencil and charcoal, and will center around still life set-ups, and interior spaces. By the end of the class, you will gain an understanding of proportion, perspective, value, and more as you learn how to draw realistically.  No experience needed.  Materials list provided.  Rachel York, $128 ($140 nonmember)
