Plein Air Painting, Fridays, April 21-May 26, 10-noon

Plein air painting is the act of painting outdoors from nature. This is in contrast to painting inside in the studio. It is the best way for an artist to learn to see the true colors of nature, and also to capture the mood and feeling of a place. With that in mind the class will be setting up at designated areas painting a specific area that suits their creativity.  First class will be held at the Adams County Arts Council for overview of important considerations for safety and needed supplies regarding transporting them easily.  PDF files will be sent to participants regarding supplies and other important data by email.  Stanley Gilmore, $128 ($140)
