21st ANNUAL JURIED ART EXHIBITION

Entry Deadline: Friday, March 21

Toast the Artists Celebration: Saturday, June 14, 7 – 9 pm

Valentine Hall, United Lutheran Seminary Campus, 61 Seminary Ridge, Gettysburg, PA

This special event celebrates our artists and features live music, signature cocktails, wine, heavy hors d’oeuvres and a silent auction. Artists with work accepted into the Juried Art Exhibition and participating ACAC member artists who submitted work for silent auction are invited to attend this special event following the Awards presentation as the ACAC’s honored guests at no charge.

Additional tickets will be available for $80.00 each

Exhibition Location, Dates & Hours: June 14 – 28

Wolf House, United Lutheran Seminary Campus, corner of Middle & Seminary Ridge, Gettysburg, PA

Saturday, June 14, 5 pm (Opening Reception & Awards)

Weekdays, Monday-Thursday, 10 am – 4 pm

Fridays, 12 – 6 pm

Saturdays & Sundays (after June 14) 10 am – 2 pm

Pick-Up from Wolf House: Sunday, June 29, 11 am – 2 pm; Monday, June 30, 4 – 6 pm

You must remove your artwork before 6 pm on Monday, June 30th.  ACAC reserves the right to remove artwork from its display space to expedite the tear-down process.  If an artist fails to pick up their art by the pick-up deadline, it becomes the property of ACAC.

Insurance

While in the exhibit, artwork will be insured by ACAC.

Eligibility: Any person 18 years or older is eligible to enter. Pieces are presented to the juror for selection anonymously.  All pieces must be available for sale during the exhibition.  ACAC will take a 40% commission from the sale of art (35% for ACAC members). Please factor this into your price.
