Artists whose pieces have been accepted will be notified by e-mail no later than April 24, 2026. Details for delivery or shipping of accepted work will be included.

Weekdays, Wednesday-Friday, 10 am – 7 pm
Saturdays & Sundays, 10 am – 4 pm

Pick-up from AECenter: Sunday, June 28, 11 am – 2 pm; Monday, June 29, 4 – 6 pm
You must remove your artwork before 6 pm on Monday, June 29. ACAC reserves the right to remove artwork from its display space to expedite the tear-down process. If an artist fails to pickup their art by the pick-up deadline without making prior arrangements, it becomes property of the ACAC.

Insurance
While in the exhibit, art will be insured by the Adams County Arts Council.
