Refunds

ACAC’s policy is not to issue refunds unless we need to cancel a class due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.  If this occurs, we will notify students as soon as possible.  ACAC will refund registration fees but cannot be responsible for any related costs, supplies, charges or expenses.  When a student cancels his/her registration after tuition has been paid, no refund can be given; the student may, however, transfer that tuition fee to another AEC class.
