ARTIST STATEMENT
Artist Statement
Geoff Grant, Fairfield, PA. is a fine art photographer who finds expression in “painterly” landscapes, graphic streets scenes, and candid portraits of people of different cultures, particularly those from his travels in other countries. While he enjoys color, his most powerful images are often black and white. His artistic images have been accepted in the Adams County Arts Council, PA, the National Juried Exhibition, at the Delaplaine Arts Center, Frederick, MD, the Frederick Camera Clique juried exhibits, and have been on exhibit at the NOMA Gallery- Frederick, the Adams County Arts Council and the Ragged Edge- Gettysburg, and the Waterford Fair, VA.
He is a member of the Frederick Camera Clique and the Foothills Artists, a talented group of artists in the Fairfield and Cashtown, PA area, whose homes or studios are on tour the weekend before Thanksgiving. http://foothillsartists.net/
