Paula Cole, owner of “P. Cole Art Gettysburg” grew up with her sister, who was six years older, exposed her to creating art. They sat on the floor decorating and designing Christmas packages for hours.

She became a stay-at-home mom and took a pottery class at The Gettysburg Artworks and subsequently a drawing class at HACC. With the development of the Internet and her son’s proclivity to computers, she took numerous graphic arts classes at HACC, like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. She created digitally drawn greeting cards for years. She took an extended Photoshop seminar in Orlando by Adobe. She began hand-drawing animals and nature-oriented material, manipulating them in graphics arts. Her passion is producing art using watercolors, acrylics, pencils, graphic designs, mixed media, and making original jewelry.
