Submission Guidelines

    Each artist may submit up to three (3) works to be displayed in the exhibit. We will be accepting up to 60 pieces, pending availability of space. Space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
    Submissions may be no more than 36" in any direction.
    Both 2D and 3D artwork is permitted.
    Appropriate hanging wire must be attached for wall pieces prior to the drop-off date.
    To help us plan for the exhibit as well include visual artwork in the October 19 event, we would like to receive a brief artist bio/statement and description of submission(s) along with a high-resolution photograph of the artwork to include for the event program and a slideshow.
    Artists are welcome to list their artwork for sale if they would like (not required), and we will follow our usual commission rates for exhibiting artists (ACAC will take a 40% commission for non-member artist sales and a 35% commission on member artist sales).

    Important Dates

    Deadline for artist statements, descriptions and photos (to be included in the program): Friday, September 27 at 5 pm

    First Friday Opening Reception: Friday, November 1, 5-7 pm
