Grace Harbour recently joined Adams County Arts Council as the Communications and Outreach Coordinator. She helps organize the Arts Oasis in the square and contributes to ACAC’s social media. She graduated from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in May 2025 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, and Media. She loves concerts, film photography, and traveling.
