On Day 1, you’ll create your own sourdough starter from an active live starter, learn how to feed and care for it, and understand the fermentation process. On Day 2, bring your bubbly starter back to class and mix, shape, and bake your own delicious loaf of sourdough bread. Perfect for beginners and baking enthusiasts alike!
