Jessica Boyer assumed the role of Executive Director of the Adams County Arts Council in August 2026. Prior to coming to ACAC, she served as Director of the Library at Mount St. Mary’s University, where she also served as adjunct faculty in the History Department and University Honors Program. Jessica holds a B.A. in History and German from Mount St. Mary’s University, a M.S. in Library Science from Clarion University, and a Ph.D. in Leadership from Concordia University Chicago. She lives in Gettysburg with her husband, Adam, and son, Ethan.
