Volunteers are an essential part of Adams County Arts Council’s mission to cultivate an arts-rich community. From supporting events and exhibitions to assisting with educational programs and community outreach, volunteers help bring meaningful arts experiences to people throughout Adams County.
Whether you have a few hours to give at a special event or are looking for a more regular way to get involved, we welcome your time, talents, and enthusiasm. No matter your background or experience level, there is a place for you at ACAC.

Volunteer Opportunities
Event Support
Assist with ACAC events, fundraisers, and programs by helping with setup, guest services, hospitality, and other event needs.
Gallery Support
Assist with welcoming visitors, supporting exhibitions, and helping maintain an engaging gallery experience for artists and guests.
Arts Education
Support ACAC’s classes, workshops, and youth programs by assisting instructors, preparing materials, and helping create a positive learning environment.
Community Outreach
Help ACAC connect with the community by representing the organization at outreach events, public programs, and arts initiatives.
Marketing & Communications
Share your creative skills by assisting with photography, storytelling, promotional materials, social media, and other communication efforts.
Administrative Support
Provide behind-the-scenes assistance with office projects, mailings, data entry, organization, and other administrative tasks.
Facilities & Maintenance
Help care for ACAC’s spaces through building upkeep, organization, event setup, landscaping, and improvement projects.
