Dancercise is an aerobic exercise using dance movements. This exercise class is a combination of body conditioning, jazz movement exercises, and ballet techniques. This class offers center floor, on the floor, and across the floor exercises. Cardio dance classes are prevalent among fitness enthusiasts who incorporate dance into their scheduled workout routine. This course also focuses on strength training and toning. Muscle strength and toning: Dance fitness incorporates several body movements to engage different muscle groups, overall body mobility using static stretches and passive stretches, leading to increased muscle strength, endurance, stretching, and toning. These dance workouts are perfect for those who want to incorporate dance into their workout routines. Please bring water and a mat.
