Intermediate Watercolor: Exploring Techniques & Expressive Painting
Fridays, September 11-October 23, 10am-12pm
Move beyond the basics and take your watercolor practice to the next level in this engaging intermediate class. Students will deepen their skills while exploring new ways to create dynamic, expressive paintings with greater confidence and control.
You’ll learn how to mix a wide range of colors from a limited palette—reducing the need for expensive pre-mixed paints—while gaining a stronger understanding of color harmony and mixing principles. The class also focuses on building texture, depth, and visual interest through a variety of watercolor techniques that bring your compositions to life.
Through guided demonstrations and hands-on projects, you’ll work toward creating more finished, intentional paintings while developing your personal style.
