Introduction to Landscape Drawing, Tuesdays, May 14-June 4th, 9-11 a.m.
This class focuses on the fundamentals of drawing landscapes, and plant life such as flowers, and trees. Emphasis will be on spatial arrangement and effective compositional design. Students will also gain an introduction to perspective and value as they learn how to capture the atmosphere and mood of a landscape. We will work primarily in pencil, and pen, drawing onsite outdoors. No prior drawing experience is necessary!
