Introduction to Simple Sourdough

Curious about sourdough but not sure where to start? This beginner-friendly class will introduce you to a simple, no-fuss method for baking delicious sourdough bread using everyday kitchen tools and loaf pans. Learn the basics of mixing, shaping, and baking, along with tips for maintaining a starter and making sourdough part of your routine. Enjoy a glass of wine, some freshly made bread and charcuterie nibbles during the class. You’ll leave with your own jar of active starter and all the knowledge you need to get started on your sourdough journey. Once you’re home, you’ll be able to whip up a loaf without a basket, bread whisk or Dutch oven!
