Step into the rich and aromatic world of Persian cuisine with an interactive cooking class taught by Elizabeth Meighan.  Elizabeth was first introduced to Persian cuisine 23 years ago by her friend Afshine and fell in love with the flavors.  Much of Elizabeth’s knowledge is self-taught but her Afghan “little sister” Avesta has helped her to refine her skills over the past 15 years.  This class is perfect for food enthusiasts eager to explore the vibrant flavors, time-honored techniques, and cultural traditions of Persia.
