Celebrate the season with an array of delicious, attractive holiday cookies! Chef Lou shares some of her heirloom cookie recipes in this hands-on baking class. Learn to make Viennese Almond Crescents, Dark Chocolate Cashew Drops, Pennsylvania Dutch Sand Tarts, Confetti Sugar Cookies, and Walnut Jewel Cookies. Techniques include the creaming mixing method, rolling and cutting, and royal icing dècor. We’ll make some finished cookies for tasting, but you’ll take home dozens of unbaked cookies to stash in your freezer and bake off when you’re ready. Lou Sackett, $72/$80
