This class introduces safe carving techniques, basic tool grips, and how to read wood grain as you gradually transform a block of wood into a smooth, usable spoon. You’ll also learn shaping, hollowing the bowl of the spoon, and finishing techniques to protect and bring out the natural beauty of the wood.
