On Cooking Fish with Josh Fidler, Saturday, July 6, 12-3 p.m.

This is your opportunity to learn about fish preparation from a chef’s perspective.  In this class, you will get a detailed look at how to prepare the perfect fish.  You will learn how to make crispy skin salmon, the raw preparation of a fish called poke, fish in parchment, or En Pappiotte (fish to be determined) Enjoy what you make. Improve your proficiency in your home kitchen while having fun in ours.
