Indian food is lauded for its curries spices and complex flavor pairings. A wide variety of spices play a key role in this cuisine and its flavor combinations are unlike anything found elsewhere around the world. Chef Subarna Sijapati, $15
Salad: Carrots, tomatoes, and cucumbers with Indian mustard vinaigrette
Entrée: Chicken Masala with basmati rice, aloo gobi (potato and cauliflower), saag (spinach), daal (lentils) and chutney
Dessert: Cardamom yogurt with fresh mango
